I am running x2mr2 on my laptop at home and seems to be going ok. Just using it for simple 2d work only right now.

I had a guy come up to me and say that something is wrong. He had to keep changing the insert on tool 5. I looked him told him that tool 5 was not being used in that job. Now that is what is call a operator.

Try salary.com Type in your location and job type. A machine operator can mean a lot of things. Does he have to make offsets or just push the red and green button.

Chris I just check our lathe and I was wrong we just have the eppinger holder with the collect. John showed us the Preciflex system which just came out when we were buying them and we liked it alot, we just did not think that we would use it to its full potential.

Chris, those are the ones that we have they work great. I am asuming that you are using John Dickman from REM. He should be able to hook you up. He has helped us a lot

We use Eppinger here. It is a good unit. Worth the money.

I down load the program and installed it. Now I can only look at part but not the drw with the dim. I need a drink.

This may be a stupid one but is there a program out there to just view pro-e drawings. I just got a new work station and out IT guys can not get it to work.

We have worked with it here. It cut just like titanium. But make sure you get it right on the first try. That stuff is expensive. We keep it locked up just in case someone trys to take some.

What did everone think of the show? It seems to get smaller and smaller ever year.

I uninstalled X and reinstalled 9. That is working fine. Tomorrow morning I will try to reinstall X and I will see if that works. I called my IT guy but he is on vaction next week and busy this week. I installed X on my laptop and it works fine so atleast I can use it.

I installed in under my user name. It finish install and then when I click on the icon in errors out.

Hi I am trying to install mastercamX. It says that it installed fine. But when I try to run it I get a mastercam.exe - entry point not found message. The procedure entry point?SetDebugString@@YAKQAD_N@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Mastercam.exe Has anyone seen this.

We have two lb15's, one 1420, and 0ne LC30. Plus we just got our first L370. We have had nothing but good luck with these lathes. I have ran alot of differnet machines and I would stick with okuma. They just keep running and running. You just need to spend some time on the post for the machines. The only thing that the two lb15s needed were to replace the spindle drive unit on one of them. But it was 18 years old.
