Total Tolerance Setting

I was wondering what everyone run for the tool filter options and the tolerance? I have noticed that if I turn off filter to arcs, that my part looks great in verify, and when I turn arcs on, the part looks crapy. what should these setting be set at for the best finish and not too long of a program? And does min and max arcs play a role in surface quality?

THere was a thread a day or two ago about filter settings.

 

I would suggest doing a search for filter on the forum.

 

Seems like some machines prefer no arc filtering, but it's all in the thread.
