Posting issue.. won't post first op.

Good morning,

I tried posting a program this morning and for some reason the 1st op. will not post. I even tried posting just that op. and it posts the second one instead. Anybody see this before. I posted earlier this week with the post so I know the post works, Any ideas, thank you.

Does the first op have the ghost symbol next to 'toolpath'? If so you'll need to toggle it off by clicking on the ghost at the top or pressing "p".

no ghost, it was acting like it never existed.

Does the .nci for that operation have any size to it? Look next to the last icon under the op folder, how big is the toolpath?

I have had zero in nci with the same issue.

 

Regen the toolpath and it worked.

I have this same issue, but only when there is wire operations in file.

Yes the .nci was showing 4.5K just like all the other ops. I saved the geometry I needed as another file name, reprogrammed and it worked fine. I don't know what was going on but the new program worked.

Anyone figure out what causes this yet, having the same problem with a new seat of MCam, doesnt want to post out three ops. Posted it to the machine earlier, then added three chamfer ops to it and it wont show in the post.

Kelly, does the part have mill and wire paths in it? I believe in another thread it mentioned an issue with that has been logged. (my .02)
