Machining Fillets with surfaces

I'm not sure why I am having so much trouble all of a sudden with this but here goes.

All I am trying to do is machine a square pocket with .250 corner fillets and .125 bottom fillets using a .500 bullnose cutter with .0312 radius. I can't get into the FTP site because I am behind a firewall here but if someone would let me email the generic pocket to them they could either answer my question or post it for me. I really appreciate the help everyone is willing to provide.

thanks again

Al
