Sharp corners in geometry

I am trying to crate a coons surface in MC9. When selecting do it, it comes back with an error saying "sharp corners in geometry will be ingnored unless sync-ed" and will not finish the process. I have tried using different blending and sync modes but nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any advice, I'm trying to learn this stuff and this is my first major hangup.

Almost all surfaces don't like sharp corners in the geometry used to creat them. Whenever possible, put in as large a rad as possible like JDowe suggested.

Can you put it on the FTP?? Maybe there is another way....
