how can i rough ?

there is a file called anvils.zip on the ftp site

in it there is a surface file with wireframe blocks set up within it.

as u see these blocks are all different heights but this whole assembly is to be surfaced at one time.

my problem is i want to rough this assembly without CUTTING AIR!!.

is this possible with MASTERCAM.

Only way I see is to boundary around each block, starting with the highest and restricting your Z level to the next highest. Lot of work, but it can be done.

but want to avoid all that work,as i have to work on alot of other jobs at the same time.

management want me to try visi by vero solutions as they say it is better for this type of work,but i was thinkin there must be a faster way instead of going to another software!
