T Plane Question

I have to mill a bunch of flats on the outside of a cylider, I have a bunch of T-Planes set up to index the part 9.0 Degrees. I used geometry to create the T-plane. I have points that are 9 degrees apart if rotated from the side view and I have a circle drawn around each point to use to create the t-planes. IF the circles are created 9 degrees apart, then the part should index 9 degrees in the post, this has worked fine for me before, but now it wants to index 8.928 degress, then to 17.928, and then to 26.952. Is there anyway to see what the index value is for each plane created? I dont know why I am getting the different results.

if i had done it, i would first be checking my created geometry from a new approach to see if i had done something a little off.

not that it's wrong, but i would analyze those things first.

I analyzed the geometry and made it all the same, but i still get the wrong output for the index value.

i think you can rule out the post by posting to a different post file, and see if the results come out the same.
