STL smoothing utility?

I just got a STL model and the poly count is a bit on the low side.

 

Luckily the model is just a nice to have, so dimensional accuracy is un-important. Is there a utility somehwre that i can run on the stl file just to break the corners some more and make it smoother?

 

I also have SolidWorks 2006 if that's any help?

I tried just filleting the model, but the sa soon as I select the next edge, the fillet fails.

Import the .stl into solid works save it as a .sldprt and reload that file into Mcam. Most of the time I can get files alot cleaner by doing this rather than going directly into Mcam.

try selecting all the edges and then try a fillet.

sometimes all edges work, instead of one at a time.
