Agie Vision EVO Post

Can anyone tell me how the excellence evolution for Agie classic works? I'm looking at an SBL file generated when posting and I'm not seeing Gcode. Is this supposed to be this way? I am familiar with the older agie machines but this is all greek to me thus far. any help would be appreciated.

The AgieVision post generates a set of files. In the same directory as your SBL file you will find ISO files. That is the "G-code" you are looking for.

The G-code is in the .ISO file.

You'll get 3 files when you post for the Agie Evolution; SBL, SBR, ISO

 

FYI - Do not attempt to use an MPWAGEVO.PST updated (using UpDatePST) from v9 for Wire X.

More changes are required than it can do. The CNC Post Dept. has the latest version of the PST and the AGIE C-Hook available.

Thanks very much, Guys. Roger, I'm using the generic agie from MR2 with this, is this the latest version available? I can get with the post dept. if not.

What are the SBL and SBR files used for?

SBL (the Work Program scriptfile) contains t commands to tell the machine how to cut (process) the motion in the ISO file.

SBR lists the ISO file(s) that are to be referenced.

So all three files are downloaded to the machine?
