Regenerating issues for Drilling on Tplanes

Here's a strange one, I am programming a part that is shaped like an arch that has a number of 4-40 holes that are drilled thru the top surface of the arch, normal to the surface. In other words, the axis of each of the holes points to the center of the arch of the part. I am programming it to run on a HMC. All mill paths are fine, and I am now focusing on the drilling.

The angle from hole to hole is all different, so that I can't simply do a transform about toolplane. I have created a toolplane for each angle.

Here's the problem...

After selecting each point for each spot drill operation, if I regenerate all ops, all of the drill operations select to the last point that I picked for the last operation. In other words, it drills thru the same point for each index. I don't know why it does this, I can't figure it out, I've already spoken to the reseller tech, does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks for any input.

Send me the file.

Filter duplicates on?

Create arcs at each position(normal to the tool plane) and then pick them to drill(enities selection). It should pick up each rotation by the arcs

Do you have the Rotary button on?

Pick 3 axis

Check Machine def and make sure you have a rotary set correctly.

Hope this helps
