Wire, M35 code

After migrating our Makino SP43 wire post into MR2 we are getting a M35 code between the M06 (thread command) and the M17(power on command). I have tried a few changes in the machine def-ops but nothing worked.

 

Any thoughts?

Look into your post as to what your M35 states it is as its command. Maybe your wire cut or Drain on is a M35 in your post. As it should be something other than that as my Fanuc is M45 Drain on and M50 wire cut. I think that may be it as it is most likely incorrect there.

 

I had an M35 that was incorrect in my post.

tom, is any thing checked in your wire contour parameter pages under general,like flushing,power,

fill tank etc.
