Wire lead in error

Long story short - I had to let our wire guy go and now need to get programs done.

I put 2 files on the FTP Site in the WIRE folder.

T5659R00.MC9 Does not work. I get an error 'Lead-in not succesful - check thread position' The operations were imported from a file that works. It must be something I am doing, but cant figure it out. banghead.gif

T5655R00.MC9 Works fine

If someone could take a look, I would greatly appreciate it.

cnc guy, everyone is correct.don't have geometry

connected to your thread and cut points.slect thread point, chain geometry, select cut point.also uncheck

your max lead out.you had it set to zero.lead in and out must be more than the radius of your wire and the overburn.i usually have my thread and cut points about .050 away from my geometry.
