For those of you that have been watching, Anthony Graves has just spoken with me about the long awaited quote. I now have the quote and Anthony has explained the dropped balls to my satisfaction.

Why would you ever have to trash this guy.

Spoke to Anthony on several occasions and can't say a bad word about him, quite the opposite, I think he's a class act and very knowledgable about his product

 

Just wish the owner here would dole out some $$$ for cimco's software that's on my wish list...

As the beneficiary of the untrashing I am happy that I was able to help machtek out. He had reason to be frustrated. Regardless of the reasons I ultimately dropped the ball on getting him his quote and hopefully have redeemed myself (and CIMCO). I was on the phone with Cingular half of the day trying to get a problem resolved I reported over a month ago - so I know how frustrating it can get when the ball gets dropped.

 

Thanks to chris m, Mark, Glen, Peter, and John for the support and the rest of the folks who emailed me so I could take care of this. I appreciate it.
