Post help for Rotary

I need some help tweaking MPROTARY.PST

We are trying to index a Hass Rotary head. Attached is the desired g-code, followed by the current code output by MPROTARY.PST

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Try using individual drill operations... only a quick fix...

So your machine does not recognize rotary moves in the canned cycle???

The Haas indexer is being used ona Supermax VMC. When we tried using the canned cycle output, it drilled , but did not index.

In this case - for this machine, you'll probably have to canel the drill cycle before each index. So in pdrill2 (I think), you're going to have to check for rotary motion, if it exists, then cancel the cycle and restart the cycle. Just guessing here though.
