Drafting/Printing Question

I did some engnieering drawings in X and printed them out to PDF format. Now its an assembly drawing and one of three is just a wireframe and the other two have solids in them. I found that if Im to print them out (PDF) with the solids shaded the rest of the geometry comes in very light and hard to see. If I print them not shaded the geometry lines comes up normal.

Is there something I should know or change so that all the drawings will print out into PDF with the same line width ? It just dosent look right with 2 drawings being hard to see and the other one fine.

Ive tried adjusting the line width in Mastercam piror to printing as PDF with no success.

Anyone ever come across this before ?
