i think you need seperate machine and control def's for the bridgeport. X is different than 9. In X you select your machine then do the toolpaths. Not like in 9 when you would hit post and then switch posts. update your v9 bridgeport post to X and it should create your machine and control definitions.

C-hook updatepost.dll Copy and rename the V9 post first then run C-hook in x select the renamed copy and it will create X.post, and MD/CD based on the Post for you. You will most likely need to change coolant settings but other than that should work.

 

Once your done you can post to another machine from the ops mngr/files/replace, then select the machine you want. HTH
