Wire Back Plot

Anyone have this problem?

 

When you go to backplot the first time it backplots all over the place. If you click play again when it finishes the first time then it backplots correct.

No I don't have that happen. It's something to with a buffer setting. I used to get that though.

Do a search as this has been covered a lot.

There is a buffer setting in your Quadro video card and one in mastercam. I believe you will need to disable the front buffer in Mcam and the back buffer in the video card.

It's something like that. Your problem will go away then.

Would this make it work fine in Mill but not in Wire?

I would "assume" you'd see some strange behavior in mill as well.

 

But I would still check your settings and set them accordingly. Strange video has on many occasions been attributed directly to these settings

I didnt have my disable front buffer checked. That fixed it.

The 24" is nice, when I update my computer (maybe this year) I want to get the 30" or 2 - 24". I couldn't live without a wide screen now that I have one.

Where you having the same problem del? I knew it had to something simple. But, I thought I had checked everything. I did except the front buffer which fixed it.

it was flickering and delaying when backplotting using the quick verify.i disabled front buffer and it stopped that.it still did something strange

after that.it was backplotting in isometric view

when i had the screen set at top view.not a big deal unless it keeps on doing that.

I may be wrong but I thought I seen where the quick verify had a quirk in it.

 

Mine was doing everything from backplotting out of scale to different views. But it was in WIRE only my mill backplot was fine. It seems to be working fine now.

I am having a similar problem with the backplot flashing with Wire EDM version X , but I can't open the Backplot dll. C hook file. Can you tell me what to open it with? Is it a windows file.

go to settings,configure,screen and under graphic

supports, check the disable front buffer.this should make it stop fickering.
