o.k guys any help would be appreciated.

this happend 2 times so far.if i add a toolpath or alter a tool in a toolpath and re-gen,i go to post out and lets say i pick 3 toolpaths one is the new one i just added.mr2 goes through the posting but drops the highlighed new path, and i checked the code and shure enough it skips it.i think m-cam just gets minde screwed and has trouble here.if i redo all 3 paths of that spacific tool then of course it works.this is a pre existing file.also like adding surfaces to the toolpath or deleting some then a re-gen and say add a path triggers it also.

select all your ops with in the operation>> right click >> edit selected ops >> rename nc file, then try it.

If that doesn't work, send it off to QC because there is something wrong but I don't believe that's the problem

for all practical purposes, yes, it is the same problem

BTW, starting in I believe X MR1, there was an option of file naming made available under settings >> config >> toolpath manager.

Setting this up and using it helps to allieviate this issue that keeps cropping up
