accidental deletion of operations

I've been using Mill X MR2 for a year or so now and there are a few things that are driving me nuts. One thing in particular is pretty dangerous and unless you are paying extra careful attention and backing up your files dilegently, you can loose some or all of your operations. It's happened to me enough times that I know what to watch for now, but I figured it would be worth mentioning here so others can avoid the same problem. Here's the situation.

I backplot or verify a selection of operations. Next, I decide to delete some geometry for whatever reason. If my operations manager is open and I don't click on the graphics window before pressing the "delete" key. It will delete the operations that I had highlighted without warning. In my opinion, mastercam should be asking if I'm sure I want to delete these operations. Just like how it asks if I'm sure when I try to delete geometry that's used in a toolpath or a named view. Is this the kind of thing that could be added to the next maintenance pack?

If undelete will not work I beleive you can close Mastercam without saving and when you open Mastercam again your operations will be there. You will lose whatever you've worked on since your last save but it beats losing all your operations. This is a something I would try only if you have no other options.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing. But I'm sure you all understand that sometimes you might not realise untill it's too late. My autosave is set to 5 minutes, so that's saved me a few times. It's frustrating more than anything. I think a simple "Are you sure you want to delete these operations?" would be an easy fix.
