UG Translater

Hi all: We have the UG translater, and I've used it 1 time since bought. Well now I have 3 files that i'm having problems with. Actually 2 . I sent one to my Mastercam seller, he translated it with no problem and sent it back. So I went to their FTP site and downloaded the latest and greatest, and tried to translate the file he was able to and I get nothing. 1 out of the 3 opens and translates great. I am using Mcam 8.1.1 , has anybody else had these problems.

What OS are you using? What graphics card are you using?

 

Are you able to read in the file your reseller was able read in after you updated to the latest and greatest?

 

Have you looked in the UG Translator "documentation" about what types of entities are suppported and which ones are not?

 

Just some things to look into.

[Webmaster - Vent about dealer removed. Update to latest translator version was the ticket.]
