Is there anyway (by editing the post) to have list of the used tools at the beginning of the program (automatically).

Check out the X2 MPMaster available at the top of the page by clicking post, it does this.

 

You also might check inside of your current post for a switch, it might already be there

A call to the postblock Pwrtt should do this. do a "find" for pwrtt and make sure you have the postblock before you call it in pheader. You can modify the output by adding logic to the pwrtt postblock.
