How can I fix this post to output without the next marked lines and to move G50 right before

G97.

 

Post processor is MPLHAAS-SL.PST

The first piece is controlled by sg28ref if I remember correctly; find that in psof and ltlchg and place a # in front of it, or delete. Personally I never delete anything in a post, just comment out with the # so I can still see what the post looked like when I started.

 

In a post I tweaked for a machine we run with G50 / G27 I did this mod; you may wish to try this first:

 

psetup #Setup post based on NCI settings

mi1=0 # Default to G50/G27 mode for this machine (cdm)

 

Your best bet for the G50 spindle speed lock is to turn fastmode off and see which postblock generated that particular piece, there are a couple of different areas that output that depening on the post.
