Help with a surface

Can someone please look at this drawing and see if you can help me. It almost seems that there is a resolution or tolerance issue. I have this part drawn in Solidworks, when I bring it into Mastercam the radius looks like a flat plane, not a curved surface. I have tried bringing it into Mastercam as an IGES, STEP, and using Mastercam direct. They all look the same. I have tried to delete all of the solids from the drawing and then create surfaces with the geometry, but I still end up with flat planes. Please let me know what other information you need from me to help. I am using X2 MR1
