Error when using raster2vector; unsupported color conversion request

Im using raster2vector in MC art to import a .jpg, but I keep getting an error that says "unsupported color conversion request," and the file won't load. The jpeg was originally a .pdf and someone converted it into a jpeg for me.

 

I've had them try and make it color and b&w but still no go.

 

Any ideas?

There are a couple of different types of JPG formats. One of them we don't support. Black and White typically come in better than color especially pastels, etc. We are looking for edges to create the geometry. JM2C

This one is a .jpg. I do have a few other .jpg files which do work.

Must have had to do with the conversion from .pdf to .jpeg. I printed it, scanned it, and it worked fine.

 

Problem solved...err worked around.
