mr2 error

After installing X2-MR2 from the mastercam web site, whenever I try to start it up I get an error that reads; (Your maintenance contract has expired and you are attempting to run a newer version of an add-on. You must reinstall the older version of mastercm.exe or contact you reseller.) I recieved my discs for installing MR2 yesterday, and when I told my boss about the error he said that our maintenance is paid up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When maintenance is renewed an updated sim code is issued. Has that new sim code been installed?

The expiration date was 7/31/07. I guess the new sim code has not been put in. How do I get the new sim code?

When your boss renewed the maintenance it should have been sent by your reseller, usually by e-mail. If the boss doesn't still have it, contact your reseller.

We had several emails from the reseller, but none with the update code. My boss said to check with the secratery to see if it got paid the last time but she's not in yet. I......don't think that we would've recieved the new discs if the maintenance was not up to date. Would we?

your e-mail should contain a .hcode extention file
