Mastercam art wood carving library

Anybody knows where I can find a library of some wood carving, corbels, moulding, etc..... I'm ready to pay. Thanks.

Have you ever try to work with some of those files in MasterCam Art ? Most of em are made for ArtCam but......There's a lot of nice one I can buy on Vector Art 3D but in ArtCam........

I've used STL's from both Vector Art 3D and Vector Clip 3D in Mastercam and had great results from both. Also Vector Art has a free program called Vector Art 3D Machinist you can download from there site. I've used it with great results also. Both have free samples. Download them and try it out.

How do you procede with STL files, I loaded one, it was quite long to open, what I get is a 3d full of vector, how do I use Art now to work it ? I'm a beginner in Art so.....

From "Art Menu" go to "Import File To Art Base Surface". That will bring the STL file into art. From there run art toolpaths to your liking. It's not near as long to open this way as it is with file open and is customizable with all Art functions. You might what to buy the book "Mastercam Art Training Tutorial" found on this web site if you are just starting with Art. It will give you the basics to get started.

I use X2 MR2 and I can't find "Import file to art base surface" in Art menu.....???
