Custom Tools

It seem's no matter what I do when I draw tool profiles for a custom tool it is always at 1/4 scale when I run backplot or verify. I will draw say a Ø1/2" ball mill with its holder to verify a path but when I back plot or verify it backplots at a Ø1/8" so therefore I have to scale the tool drawing up four times to get it to backplot the correct size.

Is it me, have I gone crazy

Dave look at the other tool's as a refrence.

Are you drawing the tool on a 2" main base being 1" on the half that you are drawing?
