If you have Adobe Streamline, you can use it to scan and convert to a dxf file which you can then bring into mastercam. If not try this:

Look for the engrave c-hook. This will have the raster to vector converter in it. I think you can get a free 30 day trial but you might have to e-mail them for an access code. smile.gifcool.gif

I heard something like that a while back. Is it supposed to be in V9 or is it still an add-on? You can still download the engrave c-hook from the camaix site as I just tried. If you go to mastercam's site, they still list the engrave c-hook as a third party (camaix) product with the same link.
