Rotary Axis

I am intersted if finding some informaion on A-Axis machining. I am currently using my A-Axis for Radial Engraving and other than that I use it by manually inputing A codes in my program to get it to do basic indexing. I am looking for some info on machining such items as pockets and contour or cams? Hope this is clear enough to understand.

In-House Solutions have a great tutorial for 4-5 axis programming, These's a lot of stuff for 4 axis (pockets...)
