Surfaces and Wireframe edges on the iges export.

Make sure the engineer has the model accuracy set to .0001 inches or lower. This can be done by doing:

EDIT

SETUP

ACCURACY

then changing to as low as the system will let you.

Beware that this causes full regeneration of the part and if it's something very sensitive the model may not resolve.

Everything we do here is ProE exports. I do all of my design in ProE then export iges files to MC for programming. We have ProManufacture here but we won't go their (a whole new thread needed for that one) and we have absolutely NO POST SUPPORT.
