Where is mill8c.exe?

In setting up the VC++ for CHooks, the docs state to use "mill8c.exe" for the "executable for debug session" (see page 1-6). I have searched my install directories and the CD and can only find a mill8.exe. Is mill8c.exe a missprint or am I missing something or do I even need it?

 

Also, can anyone recommend a good "CHooks for Dummies" book?

Wow, I never noticed that before. It's a typo, as far as I know. Just use the Mill executable.

Chapter 2 of the docs lists mill8c.exe as the "Debuggable version of mill8". My shapes app work find (sort-of) with just using mill8.exe, so this is not a big deal. I was just wondering if I was missing something.

Does this 'debugging' apply to form die / roll die

cambered surfaces?... or just VC++ ?

If memory serves, the "c" debug versions were necessary back in the V6 / Watcom C days. I believe the move to V7 / Microsoft Visual Studio made this unnecessary.
