System - please critique

I've put together the following as a system which I believe offers very good bang for the buck while staying within our corporate "buy Dell" policy and a $2000 budget.

Please look this over and offer any suggestions you may have - we will also be getting a system for my co-worker in a couple of weeks and if there's room for improvement, we'd like to take advantage of it.

Also, I am particularly interested if we are better off with the DDR versus RDRAM. Everything I read suggests that while the RDRAM is faster, it has latency issues which keep it from performing as well as DDR.

Thanks for your help!
