X+ setup sheet template file question

I am using the X+ setup sheet in excel.

 

I have edited the .XLT template file, but I can't get the columns set at the width I need.

 

I save the template file with the corect width.

When the setup sheet is created the column width changes back to what it was before.

 

What controles the width of the columns?

 

How can I fix this?

I found a way around the problem.

Only the first three columns have this problem.

I move the info to column "D" and "F".
