Solid Sweep Problems

I uploaded a file in the MCX2 folder named CAMSWEEP.MCX, I was hopeing someone might have some time to look at it to see why when I do a Solid sweep it comes out distorted. I have done tons of these in the past but this one I cannot figure out.

I have also tried doing a surface sweep but it does not follow the path???

Any suggestions here will be great!!!

Depending of the accuracy of your cam, i suggest to replace all arc (on the same Z on front plane) with single one only (that will decrease the processing time).

The problem is not there, it's on the section with XYZ movement wich you (or the software) have created it with lines, and (i beleive) mastercam cannot calculate a certain section between line direction. i remade it with arc in 3D curve and look to work good. I did not tried it with spline, that might work also (with increasing time of calculation)

Thanks for the reply Slyd, I went ahead and did what you suggested and tried both curves and a spline. I got the curve the sweep, however it still twists around the 3D portion of the curve.

I have tried chaining directings, using surfaces instead of solids, and other various things just with no luck, any other suggestions that I can try as this one is really got me boggled.
