solids

next menu

primitives

block

now give it some sizes.

 

or create a rectangle

then go to solids

extrude

chain the Rectangle

then a window will popup asking to to create or cut or so on.

use create body

then you can give it a depth.

Welcome to the Forum. smile.gif PDG is correct. The best way to get up and running with Solids is to schedule training with your reseller. Solids is so much easier to deal with than surfaces and wireframe. It takes a little effort to learn but once that is done, you can do amazing stuff with it. I had a student create a four-lead Acme ID thread cut in one of their parts after attending our Solids training. Have fun. biggrin.gif
