Lathe X G2 G3.... and planes help

We are posting to a new lathe and my arcs are reversed.What do I need to change in my post to reverse my g2 and g3 for arc moves?

 

Also is there somewhere I can find information on planes? Ive been useing Mastercam for 5 years now but I still dont completely understand the planes completely. I have been doing all I can to just avoid useing them but its high time I learn how to use them. There have been times that I have tried to use them and ended up with my part turned some strange way and couldnt get it back or either my program came out at a weird angle and my part drawn straight.

Its a modified MP Fanuc post.

a simple ugly way would be just to reverse

A better way would be to go into the #Machining position turret/spindle settings section and change the E form a 0 to a 1

Make sure the turret location is correct upper right must lathes.
