Need some help, my ops manager disappeared

and everytime i start mastercam, it crashes.

 

I have mastercam x2 mr2 sp1 btw.

I would try going into to your config folder and getting your config file out of there, restart mcam and let it recreate a new config file and see if that clears the problem

I just deleted the config file, restarted mastercam, and it still crashes if i do anything. I can't even click on any of the file menu buttons, it just freezes.

in that same folder,

 

there is a file

 

MDM1120.prm,

if it reports a 0k size, delete it and try again

We had a problem with a customer yesterday, sounds quite similar. His system just started freezing upon start up, the day before fine, yesterday, not a chance.

 

Have any "windows" updates been installed?

I haven't installed any window updates, the problem just started today morning as soon i turned on the pc. It was working fine yesterday.

 

btw this is a legal copy of mastercam. and thanks for your help, i tried contacting my local dealer but the guy is mia. maybe because its a sat.
