Finish Mill Flowline

I have a 1/2 thick plate, 8X8 inches. I have a 36.5 inch radius cut into one end of the plate the thickness of the plate along the 8 inch side. I am trying to follow a weld bevel 37 degrees half the thickness of the plate. I use flowline and a 1/2 ball mill. During verify it apprears I need to extend my toolpath slightly to remove a slight cusp the mill leaves. What is the best way to extend the tool path in finishing with flowline. Couldnt find a tutorial on Streaming Teacher or in any of my MasterCam resources.

I would just extend the surface. If it's a trimmed surface, then extend trimmed surf.

You probably only need to to extend it .015 - .02

In backplot slide the radio button and watch the

movement in the front view to see it bypass to rid of the cusp.

Under your gap setting you can use a tangential length.
