Missing Art toolbar

I recently installed Mastercam onto my laptop running xp professional and found that the art toolbar failed to come up .The art tools were all shaded grey and unusable .

I,d previously tried installing it on a laptop running xp home and all toolbars came up including the art tools .

Are the operating systems affecting the installation or is it an update I haven't got?

 

Can anyone help?

This happened to me a while ago doing the exact same thing, make sure your hasp code is up to date,right click on you mastercam icon and see if your code is there for art,john from cnc will prob chime in soon he helped me. are you using the Mastercam Launcher? Sometimes it may have somthing set as inactive

same thing happend to me ,we fryed our brains trying to figure it out, and all it was ,was the

date in the hasp, make sure your code and Dates

are all current
