MasterCAM Rotation Stage Question

I just put togather an x,y stage with a rotory stage attached. I am cutting circles and (squares with rounded corners) at verious inward bevel angles (10 & 45 degrees primarly). I have a small sand blaster tip attached to this. Can MasterCAM be adapted to make the Z-Stage a rotational Z-inputoutput? Right now we have to go through 3 diff programs to go from design to cutting? Does anyone have any advice on the most efficient way to achieve this?

You are saying a rotary stage is this a manual 4axis or is this a forth axis add-on like for a Haas or others?

 

Now you are saying some thing about making the "Z" a rotary axis.

 

Or are you saying you want to substitute this for another axis like doing a 90 deg head?

 

I am trying to under stand what you want.

Do you have any type sample code or file tat we can see to make heads or tail?
