Threadmill help... I searched!

Hi I searched and didn't really find much. I know this is is really simple. I am thread milling an OD to 1"-14 the rest of the program is metric. I selected the boss which is 25.3492mm set the minor thread Diameter to 23.622(.930in). set the active teeth to 8. What I think I am having trouble with is the thread pitch. I set to .5512 (14/25.4) is this correct?

 

I'm using the first release of MCX. Cutting AL with a Vardex 3/8 threadmill.

1 divided by 14=.071428 for pitch

Hey I remember that now. That was probably from the first month of machining school. I need to convert this to metric 1.81356 correct? Sorry for the newbie questions.

1/14=.071428/.03937=1.81428
