Post processor help

I've been tweaking our posts for years,(even when I wasn't the programmer) but after just replacing our last programmer, and trying to get the posts to work correctly after he butchered them is proving quite a challenge. These last 2 problems should finally get things just right. I am trying to get the post to not put out a "D" value (Diameter offset) on a drill tool path. I haven't been able to figure this out. I want to be able to have this on all of or mills (Fadal's with CNC88 and Fanuc controls, and our Okuma 630H horizontal with a Fanuc control). The other option I would like to be able to add is a "G4P3000" after the spindle is turned on when the RPM's are above 7500. Our Fadals take a little bit to reach the higher rpms, and I want to make sure the spindle is up to speed before the tool hits the part. Fadals have the option to wait for the spindle before moving, but I don't want to wait the whole time. A couple of seconds is usually enough to get the spindle going while the rest of the speed up is done while moving to the part. Any help would be apreciated.

He didn't say, so I guessed because of his output that he is using the MPMaster Fadal

SO that code would work in the ptlchg section of that post on the line that outputs the D & H values.

Yeah John its Mike, I didn't even realize that was you. Didn't want to bother you over something stupid like this, that I should have known how to do. I guess my mind just ain't what it used to be, 'cause once I saw the code this morning, banghead.gif . Again thanks for the help John.
