Transform Operations

I use this feature often but have never used it to rotate operations. I have 3 parts on a sheet and use the normal transform to do 2 of them. Is there a easy way to Flip the part 180 and transform it over to a point? I don't want to re-select all my geometry ..I have tried playing with the function but the part never seems to land in the correct spot.

If you wanted it 4" in X and -2" in Y you would create a point at x2.0 y-1.0 from the center of your Origonal OP to rotate around.
