Extruding channels

A .250 deep pocket with a .250 corner rad, a fillet in the corner using the fillet option, you'll have to make the fillet slight smaller. You could also make the of the part "slightly" higher and then add your .250 RAD, the remove the excess top of stock.

You could also try using a sweep to either create the shape or a sweep cut to remove the shape.

There are a few different ways you can approach this issue.

Try drawing the rad from the front or right side view, the same way you created your extrusion. Create a center line representing the path. Use swept surface and chain across the rad, then along the path. This will create your surface, which isn't really an extrusion technique because there won't be a top, or end caps there.

What your attempting to do could probably be accomplished by merely driving the 1/2 ball mill along the center line without the need for surfaces. Messing with the simple surfaces is always fun though and makes doing tougher surfaces later on much easier.

Nice "PI" reference Bernie.
