toolpath group greyed out

I can start another machine group in the ops manager but not a new toolpath group.I've done it before but why not now? Hoping it's another "no duh" moment .TIA

Pre-select the machine group, r-click "groups","new toolpath group"--- new tpath group added under that machine group

 

Pre-select the toolpath group, r-click "groups","new toolpath group"--- new tpath group added under that t/path group

 

Pre-select the machine group properties, r-click "groups","new toolpath group"--- is greyed out

superman,I tried all that and could only get a bunch of toolpath groups directly below the machine group couldn't do op1 toolpaths then a new tp group..finally dropped a op1 toolpath between two tp groups and it put tp group 2 at bottom of my toolpaths as I wanted but what a PIA.I'm sure it's something else I'm not doing right,should be able to do toolpaths and select new tp group and be done just like v9.1
