(error) 078 Member not found on Fanuc OM

Hello:

Here is a simple program that alarms on the "M01" line of code

 

I have the mechine set up to run off the memory card but since this is such a small program I loaded this in the fanuc control.. I went to run it but it alarms (078 member not found) on the M01 (line 210) of the code just before Toolchange... Any help would be greatly appreciated

what does it do if you change it to a M00?

oops.. sorry its a fanuc 18iM not a 0M control... however I will try the "M00" instead

M00 worked with no errors, but now every time I have to hit "CYCLE START" for every toolchange

 

Any other ideas ??

im not really a mill man but is the MO1 turned on at the control?i know on the wire edms i have to turn that on.

I tried that.. got hold of the Service tech.. they want a copy of the "ladder logic" so I am sending that as well as the g-code program
