Fadal fixture offsets

I need to load the Z offset in the fadal i am working on from the cnc program. When i use parallels i have to change the z offset value in the machine control, i would like to do this in the cnc program. i think it is a G10 code but has anybody done this and how do i get mastercam to put out the code in the cnc program? I am using X3

You can over-ride any value in a Fadal like this:

 

#E1=x.xxx

#D1=x.xxx

#H1=x.xxx

Thank you for the response. I need to change the z value and not change the x and y values. Will this work for that?

Been a long time since I ran Fadal's, but it should work with any value.

In a production shop I worked at we had a fixture plate on the table with a hole grid every 2" in x & y and we used inserted tooling where the length's were constant and in the program it would have notes like

(FIXTURE PLATE #2776 HOLES X3 Y7) which would line the fixture to the fixture plate on the table and then the program would have the offsets hard coded into it where the setup guys could just bolt it down and load tools and hit start.
