thread mill tools

I use single point threadmills made by Scientific and purchased at MSC. They hold up well for my use so I have drawn 6 different sizes. When you need to thread mill I go to op manager and chose create new tool/undefined/custom file and chose the size I need. I have them labeled by diameter and distance from bottom to thread point like (.182 threadmill-.023.mcx). Then set diameter to .182 and on parameters page I name tool the .mcx file name and other parameters as usual. Then when setting TLO for that tool a look at tool name on CNC display tells me that once I've got TLO zeroed I must subtract .023 for point to be a zero. Back plot and verify work perfectly this way. Shown is a 3/8 -24 twin lead thread.
