X4 - Post to machine error

After installing X4 over X3, I have an issue posting operations and sending them directly to the machine ("Send to machine"). I get the message: "File format not valid." The NC extension is as it was before -- .nc.

 

I can, however, post to the (Mastercam) editor with no problems and then send the file to the controller with no problems. The posted program is good.

 

The controller is a Fanuc 15-M. I have checked all the comm settings and they are the same as the settings in our existing MC9 setup.

 

I retried the Update Folder process and update post c-hook to no avail.

 

Any ideas?
