Positioning the C-axis

I am working on a mill/turn and on my sub-spindle I have some holes to mill on the face (left view).

I want to position the C-axis at a different position than the left plane does. ( the geo is on the lower end of the part and I do not have enough travel)

I tried "rotate planes" and rotated the Left plane 180 around Z, but the posted code is the same banghead.gif

Any help? headscratch.gif

Thanks
